Wow, the location of this hotel is fantastic! Just a short taxi or Uber ride away from the main square, and there's also the option of taking the tram, which is easily accessible through the nearby shopping center. The rooms are clean and spacious, with ample storage and a comfortable work area. The breakfast is simply amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff is always helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The atmosphere in the lobby could be improved with warmer lighting, as it feels a bit chilly and unwelcoming.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable with great showers. The pool/spa was a highlight and perfect for swimming. Tram was conveniently close for quick access to town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect, with fresh towels provided in the spa area. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the spa with its pool, jacuzzis, steam, and sauna. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fluffy eggs, bacon, fruits, and different types of bread. The staff were friendly and helpful, with Agata at reception standing out for her really good service. The location was convenient, with a tram station just a 2-minute walk away, making transportation around the city easy.

We loved this place! It's located just outside the city center, but there's a shopping centre nearby. The staff, from receptionists to other employees, were very friendly and helpful. Room service, dry cleaning and housekeeping were top-notch. The room itself was spacious, with all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee facilities and ironing facilities. The restaurant had a great selection for breakfast and the bar/lounge was a nice spot for a drink. The leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, were heavenly after a long day of sightseeing.
Recommended for families: The hotel provided excellent service, making it a great choice for a family stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The hotel rooms werenice and neat, and the pool and fitness center were well-equipped. The breakfast provided was fantastic with a great selection of hot and cold food. I particularly enjoyed the spa and indulged in some relaxation. The hotel is a little way out of the city center, but it was easy to access Krakow by tram.
